Are these girls lactating, but the temperature/atmospheric pressure is such that the milk vaporises immediately, turning into white gas? Alternatively the internal pressure in their breasts is abnormally high so that when milk is spraying out through narrow orifices it's forming aerosol.

Either way, it's quite strange.
