How did she smuggle all that grape? Thats the first question that came in mind.
Well, she is a shipgirl, and the kanmusu fleet girls are pretty much the only ones with access to sea routes in the face of the abyssal armada takeover. All she has to do is keep her mouth closed and not report to the only real authority she has to report to; a single girl has very little to account for in the grand scheme of things.
On the other hand, they don't really grow grapes in Japan, so I'm pretty sure Pola is just determined.

They do make grape in Japan, in fact, Japan is the #25th largest producer of wine in the world! (Which puts it squarely in the 4th 'tier' of production numbers, what with Italy/Spain/France making orders of magnitude more).
They grow a decent amount of grapes in Japan proper, it's just that most of them are table grapes; there are cultivars suitable for wine, like the Koshu.

Japan makes a lot of sake in that regard. I would bet less than a third of Japan's wine production is grape juice wine.
Also, there's probably at least 12 tonnes of wine in that storeroom if I can count right. Probably more. Japan might have a better grape production than I would have guessed without thinking, but that's still a lot of fruit to get a hold of when you take that bit into account.
No, that's #25th in wine (from grapes) alone, just above Peru. When compared to total alcohol (Sake is much closer to a beer than a wine (being made from a grain, not a fruit), even though it's sometimes translated as rice wine.) wine is a tiny proportion, but it's still there.

That has nothing to do with grapes. http://www.fao.org/docrep/003/x6897e/x6897e07.htm says in a study that Japan produced 27700 tonnes of grape wine specifically in 1997, and 93400 tonnes of wine in 1997 (using the source that the wikipedia article points to), so it is not all grape wine.
Although Sake isn't considered a wine by definition either beyond being called "rice wine", so I don't know.

The majority of wine made in Japan is from imported grapes, so that would probably cover the gap there.
Distillery? But you don't distill wine. Distilling and vinification/brewing are two entirely different things.
I had something else there, but someone changed it to distillery. Unfortunately, Japanese doesn't make the distinction, and you can't say it's a wine producing facility, since Nagato's line wouldn't make sense otherwise.
After a while.HuuuuugeWe found Pola-san making a large quantity of umeshu in the same place as before...With the moderate room temperature and humidity I was able to make some very good wine...Licensed.HoushouWe found a secret alcohol plant inside an unused warehouse.Yes...I'm sorry. The ones with priors - Jun'you and Chitose, right?Do you have anything to say for yourself?Your apology? This time it's wine....Pola.I've already called for her.The heck's with this volume? And you did all this yourself?Yes...Pola, I get that you like booze, I do.Yes...You're allowed to distill umeshu without a licence as long as it's for personal use!But Japanese law states that you can't make alcohol without a licence.
