agree, it would be awesome, indeed, Ingrid is a part of the SF series now

I wouldn't count her out just yet.
Remember, SF4 has "Downloadable Content" like new costumes
for the characters. There's a possibility that
they might even add new stages, OR...MORE characters!

So my good friend, THERE IS HOPE!

DeeJay and T.Hawk have been confirmed as made characters and was near completed by the time SFIV released. So there is a chance there are other characters they didn't mention.

Why is this tagged with street_fighter_zero_iii? I have that game, and I'm certain she's not in it...
