I think this is maybe a "Baka Shinji" (w/ voicing on ka for effect?) Evangelion joke? It's a little weird because I see katakana for all the Japanese spellings of Shinji I've found, but 真嗣 is in tons of Chinese websites.

It's Rebuild Eva, since they changed Asuka's last name to match Rei's Destroyer-based name, compared to her old Carrier name.
