To expound upon my appeal, here's the full text before I trimmed it:

I will not defend the breast size, nor the subject matter. They probably are over the line size-wise, and it is a fetish piece. However, in my opinion, there are other aspects of the picture of sufficient quality that I don't believe that would be enough to sink it. The artist does an excellent job with their depiction of skin shading, coloring, fluid mechanics, heft, and the effects of gravity on such a large body. The proportions are also not entirely outside the realm of possibility -- though a thin woman would never have such massive breasts, Sakuya here is depicted and stated to be of a very chubby build, and given that fact, her size is indeed possible, though rare. As always, whether this is enough to make it an exception is up to the moderation staff, though I would not have uploaded it twice, bypassing approval, if I did not think it should pass.
