A quick google says that you're supposed to cook them by marinading them in milk and eggs and some pepper and then sauteeing them. (Which makes it sound like you're making French toast...) I... GUESS that would make them a bit like chicken wings, but with a more boring-sounding sauce.

I usally see them deep fried with crispy fry mix or fried with fish sauce and lemongrass, there are more other dishes though. They kinda look like chicken wing but the texture is completely difference, it's meatier and tougher than those industrial chicken crap kfc or mcdonald sell or at least the wild ones are idk about farmed frogs.

YOu sound like you've never seen Fried Frog legs before. It's quite common and something I"ve been exposed to my entire life.
You may not believe, but the place I'm living right now is famous for 2 kind of food. One of them is deep fried frogs. So much us residence in this place are even called "head chopping and skinning alive" people because of how the deep fried frogs are made here.
