It looks like they drew over a screencap, which might count as a third-party edit?
Of what? Third-party edit? It doesn't explictly say that drawing over a screencap isn't an edit, nor do we have a tag specifically for posts like that. We have screencap redraw, but that's something different. This post also looks nothing like the artist's other works, it totally looks like they just traced over an existing 3D model, rather than drew it from scratch. In fact, post #2668073 looks even more like that's the case.
Coming from the artists own account doesn't disqualify it from being a third-party edit, if they edited something that isn't theirs.
