This is how this kind of scene is normally handled in other Love-comedy comics. The girl friend will say something embarrassing, and the boy friend would blush, goes all "Doki-doki" and disagree with the girl friend due to embarrassment. (The roles could be switched, depends on the artist's reference) Also, considering how Yocchi was suggesting Kayo to leave her and find herself a boy friend because they're old enough to know better now, etc. "No, there won't!" is what I'm sure a character like her would say in this situation, disagreeing out loud for the sake of retort, tsukkomi or punch-line or something something, like a normal love-com character would do. I know that "うん" means "yes", but in this context, It could mean something like "Yup, there won't be enough space."

The な that functions as a command couldn't possibly work here, as hinted by your own translation itself. Assuming we're going with the command version, a more proper translation would be "Yep, you can't go/do it" instead of "Yep, there won't".
行けるな can only be used to command/prohibit someone; if she's making a statement on an object then it should be 行かない or something.
Edit: I'd just thought of it, but doesn't command な only work for plain form, i.e. 行くな instead of 行けるな to begin with? Despite how common it is, 行ける is still the potential form of 行く rather than a standalone verb.
