Or another ship girl walks in while he helping them and assumes the same.

There's a prepping of the patient, an untested drug, and a unpredicted reaction. 'biki takes poison and Akigumo comes into contact with the infection while restraining the patient.
All that needs to happen now is for some tourist to unlock the door and they all run to some populated area on the base. Before you know it, everyone is drunk and undressing each other under the Hama-plague.
