Things like comic, 4koma, greyscale, monochrome, 2girls, kemonomimi, sleeveless_dress, bowtie, detached_sleeves, hat, feather, short_hair, hair_between_eyes, and others all spring to mind immediately when seeing this, and there's little reasons you can't get at least 20 tags on virtually any image with humanoid characters on it.

fixed, there some thing I still don't know like that giant eyeball monster, but other then that, I leave it to others to fine tune, I was tired at the time and didn't want to bother until today
