Plus equipments from Soviet Union, like Mosin-Nagant rifles, T-26 light tanks, I-15 fighters etc.
The German equipped divisions were wiped out in the early stage of the war, before the American lend-lease came, they used Soviet weapons to fight.
You could build an encyclopedia of weapons in the Chinese theatre of WW2.

KMT forces fighting Communist forces is Chinese civil war, not WWII before and after that. Although KMT and CPC forces had some little comflicts like The New Fourth Army Incident during the WWII, generally they were on the same side to fight against Japan.
P.S.: The German assists stopped in 1938, and the US started their assists since 1941, these didn't happen at the same time.
