It's basically the grown-up version of No Matter How You Look At It, It's You Guy's Fault I'm Not Popular... except instead of a friend that she calls a "slut" and tries to undermine for being well-adjusted and liked by others in spite of always being kind to her, this just stops at the "well-adjusted and liked by others" part.
