seeing as this is a scene from the anime, Kongou should be Kai 2 fyi

I also don't think this artist understands how turrets work...you can't leave the turret centered and have the barrels splayed all over the place.

I think the artist got a litle bit drunk ;D

or Kongou's lvl of awesome is so high she broke physics
