Not gonna lie, I'd give the same answer as them. Akyuu probably either read the book or wrote the book to have that answer, but the world needs both types of ladies.
I'd imagine if there had been a third panel, Kosuzu would be flat on her back, in full face blush with spiral eyes and steam coming out of her ears, instantly passed out from the shock and embarrassment. It's such an endearing trait.
