Isn't the second bubble saying Akagi's group is looked at with respect, rather than Ryuujou's looked at with respect by Akagi's group?

That seems to make more sense, though I'm not certain enough to change it.

Thing is, Ryuujou is treated as being the senpai-ish character, even among the carriers. And Given the context, she's talking about how destroyers not taking her seriously when even the well respected Akagi's group aka, 1st CarDiv treat her with respect. I'm confident with my translation here.

Grammar-wise, shouldn't it be 赤城たちに instead of は in that case?
