Well, it's THE headless horseman, even if he's not on a horse right now. To be honest, while tagging I was hesitating between that and "Hessian" (which is what the game uses and doesn't involve horses, but isn't really indicative of the character given that it's just his pre-death job, while pretty much everybody knows who the HH is). If you think the other option's better, change it.
