I can't tell if Kurohime is wearing a skirt that just happens to be perfectly covering the crack of her thonged or pantiless bum, or frilled short-shorts. Both are likely explanations for the strategically located frills between her cheeks, but neither can be confirmed or debunked with the available official art.
