Technically, the correct way is "sazanami_(kantai_collection)_(cosplay)", but a lot of people just put it in as "sazanami_(kantai_collection)" (as was done here). If you want to search tags, you generally have to try for either one.

I do only wonder what the plump tag is doing here^^'.

Well, she looked a little chubby here, but not to the point of being fat, so I added the tag.
I thought that was the definition of the plump tag o.o

You should be putting both. I can't remember off-hand, but when a character is being cosplayed as, you include both the character tag and an appropriate cosplay variant.
