    Why did you upload this?

Do you know what this comic actually talks about? (If you do, posting something about it would help draw interest for translation or approval, if you don't... again, why would you upload it?) This seems to be a part of a series of tweets with comics explaining different things, so were you planning on uploading all of them as a pool if this one was approved?

If you want to see images approved, you should at least add an artist tag (although thank you for at least putting in a link back to the tweet, rather than just the image, so I can at least look it up). If the artist doesn't have a tag, you can create a new one by writing "artist:[tag_name]" without the quotes or the brackets, obviously.

When it comes to strict school regulations, I often hear stories like these concerning a student's hair.
You've been bleaching and perming, haven't you?! Dye it black!
It's naturally this color! Why must I go so far when I'm following the school guidelines for hairstyle?!
Because it's the rule! Why should you be the only one who's special?!
Things like, "The only thing proper for a Japanese student is straight, black hair," is discriminatory without a doubt.
Even for typical Japanese people, it should be a given that a person's hair may differ based upon their background...
For example, even something as 'lenient' as, "an examination will be conducted as to whether it is natural or not," can be regarded as a humiliating act. If every student is subjected to such treatment as schools advance into globalization, I have a feeling that it will develop into an international problem.
