That kind of depends on what kind of poison it is, though... Eating snake venom will give you gradual immunity, but eating small amounts of lead just extends the period of time over which lead poisoning occurs.

True, it only works for the biochemically complex poisons and venoms rather than the simpler stuff like arsenic and cyanide. I have a feeling dragonmeat poison would be the complex kind, though, given it can apparently be at least partially neutralized by cooking and because komodo dragons IRL.
