From the info book included with the fourth BD release of Brave Witches, this witch from Britannia is Nora Taylor.

Research suggests she may be based on SGT Norman Taylor, 601SQN RAF. The man was credited with 7 kills, and at one stage was catapulted off ships on convoy escorts, similar to her role in her appearance in the show.
There are a few other air force Taylor's in the Commonwealth, one in Canada (Pilot Officer, a Lancaster crewman) and one in Australia (a Flight Lieutenant), though not much can be found on them.

I assume she's either totally new with no archetype, or based on Norman Taylor, 601SQN RAF.
