Tanya without a doubt, she can presumably fire more than one detonation, can make blasts of approximately the same scale, and has been shown to have defense and fast flight spells, which is better than Megumins "one spell only" approach.

Why is Megumin made to look taller than Akko? She's not only a very short girl, she's much younger than Akko too.
