I'd personally say that Hatsukaze over Murakumo make the "main" tsun quartet, since Murakumo isn't at the same level of insulting/abrasiveness as the other four.
Of course if that doesn't matter, just bring in both her and Amatsukaze and make the full tsundere fleet.

That's her Secretary 3 line, the one she uses when you annoy her by constantly clicking. There are dozens of girls that have angry/violent responses in Secretary 3, including the likes of Sazanami, who's hardly Tsundere. (Also, Secretary 3's the one line where Katori is threatening "to teach a lesson" to the Admiral, which started off that whole sadism meme...) Hatsukaze's more consistently a tsundere, while Murakumo only reacts when the Admiral does something to make her angry.
But yeah, no reason why it would be a "quartet" instead of a tsundere fleet of six.

Except that i get it from her everyday without even doing anything. Even things like logging on to the game or returning to the main screen triggers her torpedo line.
And it's not like I've done anything to annoy her, much less click on her. :(
