Shiisanputou.Having 13 unconnected (no pairs, and no numbers closer than 3 apart, e.g. 1 and 7 is fine, but 1 and 3 is not; can only be claimed on your first draw. Worth maximum points, plus one more for winning on the first draw. Is exceedingly rare, much more so than being able to win off the first draw.It is impossible!

Depending on regulations, usually worth double if you have all thirteen types in hand and waiting for the duplicate. Considered one of the (not super-rare) hands that need the most luck to get, as you need significant head start to consider attempting it.
