She appears to be holding a very well drawn Nikon FM2! You can tell that it's not an FM3a, FE, FE2 or FM because the knobs are of a different design and colour. I can't identify the lens though, all Nikkors from the time period look about the same.

The red dot is simply an indicator for the F-stop of the lens. Pretty much all of the AI/AI-S nikkors will have this style of dot
