Aside from following along with the daughter post, it does reference Donald Trump in the image, because it uses this infamous pose that the Japanese made a meme of. Doing a quick and dirty seach shows that post #2559136 uses that same face (bottom left).

But, I'll leave the tag out, unless another person chimes in with their reasoning.
