Likewise. I have a level 99 Yuu, but Ro is one of the lower levelled subs for me. Not that it says a lot, as most of them are in the 97-98 range.

As I understand it, they're married to the Admiral. However, it's just for the bonuses that come with the rings, hence why Goya refers to them as equipment.

On the other hand, the rings they have are matched together as a pair, which they're both happy about - hence the flirting.
