Hiroshima okonomiyaki is different from Osaka's too. Stacked instead of mixed.

I know the food. What i was surprised is why'd she ask for that. I thought the characters usually asked something that's related to their character(e.g. Chiyoda would ask for Chitose, Yamashiro would ask for Fusou, Kitakami-san for Ooi, etc...).

Hiroshima-yaki is a well known food from Hiroshima; also, and this is critical, she's in her festival outfit.
You get okonomiyaki at festivals.
