Nothing "extreme" about this Engrish. It barely even qualifies as "engrish" -- "Les(bian)" is even spelled correctly with an L

In this case, engrish would be transliterating the individual kana instead of whole words, and would yield "Saikorezubureiku" instead of "Psycholes Break"
