    >Панировочные сухари

What. I can get "позёмка" 'cause that can be roughly translated as low blizzard, machine translation or dictionary without context can get you that, but "breadcrumbs"? How the hell?

I looked at the comments on the picture, and it looks like the artist was asked that very same question by someone from Russia...

    「Панировачные сухари」って?
    ロシア語では、それはパン粉を意味します。
    そのうえ、しばしば「метель」の方が「позёмка」より使用します。

What's "Панировачные сухари"? It's Russian, but it means breadcrumbs. Moreover, "метель" is used more often than "позёмка". Sorry (^~^;)ゞ

Got it. But, I can speak Japanese just fine (⌒▽⌒)ゞ
    P.S. Yes, I am Russian.

I translated the Japanese portions, but I left most of the Russian untranslated. I'm completely unfamiliar with it, and the machine-translation wasn't much use. I'll leave it to somebody else if they want to translate.

Russian part was clearly machine-translated. It translates to something like this:

It was cosplay photo Mr. HN Breadcrumbs in the illustrations
    Right now investigation blizzard
    Thanks for education

Hilariously, that was enough to understand: there's a female cosplayer named "パン粉" or "breadcrumbs", and her cosplay was used as a reference photo: https://twitter.com/lpn08/status/820808156636803072

E: ... And artist themselves said that outright in https://twitter.com/Mityubi/status/820653644055855104. Welp.

E2: Yep, that was all googletrans' fault

Updated translation to instead use Japanese pronunciation of the cosplayer the picture is based on.
