Raffle #9 for Kirwet99 's OC Reiyu

I spent a bit longer on this one because I liked the design and it lended itself well for Kantoku coloring/style study. I think I'm definitely getting the hang of trying to replicate his coloring style with some new layer tricks and I'm getting close to getting the right look.

This will actually be the last raffle prize, as I've talked with the remaining winner and he's agreed to allow me to convert his request into one of the prints I want to sell at Fanime/AX this year (since he's the only person who requested a non-OC).
