So... That undershirt-thingie she's wearing was one or two sizes too small for proper breathing?

Yeah, and she fainted because of it. Dude opened it, got an eyeful, got a fist.

Actually you are wrong about the eyeful, look where his bandana is on his face.

Actually, he blindfolded himself while doing the deed. However judging by his blissful expression, he already had her mochis burned into his mind anyways.

That, or since he was opening it blind - by touch - he coped a feel instead. Which in retsropect, is even better.

No, but how tightly you've bound your chest and stomach area, constricting your breathing, does. Women who wear corsets used to faint because they were done up too tightly. Think Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) in the first Pirates movie.

That's actually not nearly as bad as old-fashioned corsets were. They were reinforced with whalebone because it had to be harder than bone to stay that restricted, and they broke ribs to fit into those things.

The lungs operate via the diaphragm creating a vacuum when it pushes down, sucking in more air, and exhaling through creating pressure by pushing up. With a corset squeezing the lower torso out of existence, there's nowhere for the diaphragm to go. Those fans dainty ladies would fan themselves with? That was to blow more oxygen into their mouths, because they would faint without doing so. They were obsessed with a "wasp-like" waist (read: doesn't look human) to the point of deforming their bodies.
