...Miku or something? Has the tag "初音ボム" which I assume is Hatsune Bomb? But it seems a bit off. I don't really know.

The game she's holding is Minesweeper, so I'm guessing Bomb (ボム) is the Japanese version.

    Title: "World is Minesweeper"

Dohohoho. Oh Japan, you're so clever. I love pictures with gags like this.

"Art is explosion" is a quote by Japanese artist Okamoto Tarou (岡本太郎). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tar%C5%8D_Okamoto

Unless I miscounted, the board is 24x30, so 720 squares. Since there are 667 bombs, that means only 53 free spaces.

Is there any meaning or joke behind those numbers?

just an interesting fact about Minesweeper, it doesn't generate the mine locations until after your first move, so even if you set it to the maximum, you will ALWAYS get a safe space on your first move

Several clones are even smarter about it: at least the GNOME minesweeper guarantees you will hit an empty (ie. numberless) space on the first move. So you'll always uncover several tiles.

ive played some clones where you can die on the first move.

and I just remembered, actually, I was a little wrong. the it generates the locations when you start the map, but it's designed to not give you a loss on the first move, so if you hit a mine in the original map layout it will change it to something else and then regeneratethe map around that again.

also, the reason Vista's Minesweeper has a flower mode is because of a protest group from like Italy or something, that complained Minesweeper was offensive

    (the more you know!)

though in XP, it will switch the mine to a new location if you click on one on the first move.

That only happens if you click to replay a game after losing, which will keep all mines in the same spot, and warns you that you can lose on Click 1.
