It would be a far different war in the Pacific...perhaps even earlier if the Abyssal can both unify and keep enough of the native population alive (death by smallpox and the like was far, far greater than anything the Europeans did directly to the natives), than the large colonial powers would have to focus on Africa and Asia and might not have the required trade infrastructure to overtake China and the Islamic Empires of North Africa and the Middle East in terms of economy. But if it is the 18th century...than it sort of too late already. That would have been more viable if they started in the 16th century or even 15th century to keep the Europeans out, but smallpox and the like have had centuries to kill off a huge amount of people in North America alone.

Considering as they're capable of reproducing radar and other modern technology in the space of "a few months" being out here, one might presume the capacity to use modern medicine to cure smallpox. Likewise, even outnumbered, Native Americans in tanks would be able to stand up to colonial American cavalry quite well.
It's also not like Native Americans lacked the capacity to understand the technology they could get from the colonists - they often were capable of adapting to and fitting in with European colonist society, only to find that overtly racist laws would then be passed to steal all their property whenever they became wealthier than many of their jealous white neighbors. They were stuck with no good options, since adaptation was punished even more heavily than trying to cling to the old ways.

It is not that the Abyssal can cure the problem or outfit them with high technology. It is that the damage has been done already. By 1650 (the mid-17th century) the estimated population of natives in all the Americans is 6 million. An incident with Blackbeard the Pirate would be around 1717 (early 18th century). The problem here is not the Abyssal stopping or starting anything. The problem here is that it is far too late. The estimated population of the Americas per-contact is over 50 million (possibly upward of 100 million). Smallpox and the rest have already depopulated two continents within two hundred years before the Abyssal can even attempt to rally them against the Europeans. It is 6 million Americans verse around 80 million Europeans. The Population of England alone was around 5 million. Basically they are outnumbered more than 13 to 1.
