Apparently they're both capable of supersonic acts of speed. Must be an innate perk of being a side character here.

Inazuma isn't being hypocritical.

Inazuma wants battleships. She tried making a battleship by maxing out everything, and failed. Then she saw that Shirayuki made a battleship, and wanted to know what recipe she used, with the implication that Inazuma wants to copy the recipe to get more battleships. She's not mad at Shirayuki for making a battleship or blaming her for anything, she's just desperate to get information on making battleships.
