Context: Takamichi, the mainstay comic LO cover illustrator has fallen ill and was unable to provide one for the latest issue (making this the first LO issue in history without his art gracing the cover). The cover is instead simply an almost blank, stark pink solid color.

Hijiri Rei is featured in this particular issue and sketched this makeshift cover as a sort of get well soon gesture.
