I share the same concerns, although I could come up with an excuse for her breasts. It is in the flag. But the rest is...some strong stuff in my opinion.
And I don't know, but a lot of this artist's posts are flagged recently (from me) :/. Although I doubt this flagg will come through, because a lot of Janitors have favorited this image :3.

No, no, no, we talked about this in the last few flagged posts.

Unless the character is just grotesquely proportioned (unintentionally), there's no reason to flag it.
We just tag it as bad anatomy, or bad perspective to warn people.
This image is mostly good, imh. Colors and shading is excellent even. It's just when you stop and think about how body parts should fit that it starts looking really badly sketched.
