The neck might look off, but it's within bounds of human anatomy. The right shoulder looks short because it's pointed towards the viewer, thus subject to foreshortening.
I think it's fine. Kamikaze's right bang covers part of her foreshortened shoulder, so it looks worse at a glance than it actually is. Her neck's further back because she's arching back to look at her breasts. May I untag bad anatomy?
I feel like pointing out to her that her specs are actually pretty good in World of Warships. Not as good as Gremyaschy, but Wargaming f*cked that one up anyway. I've had a lot of good games in my Kamikaze, training up my JP captains.
