Actually, I think they are. The second one's just a bit larger, rotated a bit, and cut off behind the gift bag. The only part that maybe needed redrawing was the wrist of the hand holding it.

I tried to fit both in photoshop. If I try to rotate and enlarge Sachi's gift to match with Tayo's one, so that the headphones become identical, the rest of the dolls don't match.

There you have it, bkub's humor at its finest: A literal copy-and-paste character distributes dolls that aren't perfect copies.
