It might just be me, but seeing those toppings spill over the bun like that seems excessive. You may as well eat that with a knife and fork to avoid having all of that go to waste.

You should see what some states do with their hot dogs. This isn't uncommon. Look up "Phoenix hot dog" or "Georgia hot dog" if you want to see a chef annihilate a sausage with toppings.
