Any guided bomb can do with Fritz X could do, except maybe get jammed really easily which was the problem with the Fritz X.
It needs a pretty heavy one. Littorio's class horizontal armor was designed to withstand 1280kg HE bombs and 835kg AP bombs falling at 250m/s. Infact in the allied bombings of La Spezia, where 2000lbs HE bombs and 1000lbs AP bombs were used, the ships had only limited damages.
Is there anything today that can do what a Fritz X can do? JDAMS?
Most anti-ship missiles can do it, since they have shaped-charge warheads, allowing them to penetrate a much greater thickness of armor for the warhead weight compared to regular HE. (Compare: the penetration of an old 100mm AP shell (BR-412, 160mm) vs. a 100mm HEAT shell (3UBK9, 380mm))
Soviet/Russian heavy anti-ship missiles have large warheads (on the order of 1500-2500 pounds) and high speed (Mach 1.6-2.5), which is in Fritz X territory for warhead weight and better than Fritz X in speed.
