Based on what I gather from Google's translator tool (and therefore, not necessarily complete or accurate), the protagonist wants to take pictures of Acerola, who agrees because she thinks the protagonist is going to keep the pictures for herself. In reality, she intended to upload them to the community for up-votes (as per the game's functionality, getting good pictures yields better points). The humor is in the irony of the community liking pictures of Acerola more than pictures of Pokemon, and in Acerola's reaction to her uploading them.
