Seeing Warspite brace herself and hear her give out a soft moan while you try to ease her leg that acted up again would be SAN points reducing.

If I could be more confident with translation I would say it's the Admiral massaging Warspite to help with an illness (possibly cramps?) and he's telling her to quiet down or else some one might misunderstand her moans.

While I cant pretend to understand Japanese, I believe Warspite is getting a massage because of the myriad issues she had with her turbines and shafts as a ship. Since these are responsible for propulsion, it presumably translates to her legs and feet bothering her by cramping and chronic pain, hence the massage.
