Patreon pushing aside, it's from the original artist's Deviantart. Since its official splash art used in game, it counts as official_art too. Just making sure the flagger understands.

I'd say that the image is just fine, but if commentary like this is considered worth bringing over here, then it should at least be properly formatted. No '-----'s, truncated URLs, HTML entities, mysterious Unicode characters, etc. I don't see the point in simply slapping on blocks of raw text from the original page, promotional or not.

I didn't know about that feature. It would probably be better to make automatic transfer of commentary optional (e.g. via a separate "Upload without Commentary" bookmarklet).
