Specifically, you position your finger so that your actual finger blocks the reflection of your groin while the finger's reflection blocks the reflection of your nipples. By holding the camera at the right height and positioning yourself at the right distance from the mirror, it is indeed physically possible to achieve angles that block (the reflections of) both chest and crotch from the camera's perspective.
