I'm starting to wonder if there was even a reason to keep everything secret from the rest of Inkopolis since it seems nobody is all that concerned that an Octarian is walking around.

When was the last time you think anyone that wasn't an agent saw an Octarian? Given the hipster scene, I'm p sure everyone would just put it down to a mask or some kinda cosmetic surgery anyway.
