That would do nothing to lessen the assessment of "psycho stalker who enjoys inflicting pain on others."
Anyway, in the previous series, he greeted her for the first time by calling her a lazy bitch, and she responded by kneeing him in the face and ultimately joining in a plot explicitly designed to send him into hiding so that Akagi could be her Admiral. I don't think that's just being tsundere, that seems like genuine loathing.
