Honestly, Musashi's combination of macho bodybuilder sarashi clothing and ridiculous quad-tail hairstyle like a pop idol lost a bet with her hair stylist blows any sense that she could ever be "cool" out of the water well before anything about her glasses could enter the picture.

I agree. Always did like post #1494218 more, although only thing missing is dark skin.
I like genki as fuck Musashi, over the bored and serious one.
Musashi is always cool and alluring. The bifocal part does not detract any such notion. Weird to know nonco decided to make my favourite ship-girl more like me, except she has it better, I have presbyopia and anisometropia (long and short), due to blunt force trauma to the eyes, I'm not even past my mid-20s yet...
Clearly, the beauty and charm of bifocals is lost on you.
See you again once you reach 60. Though I guess you might not need it when lasik doesn't come with a risk of going blind from a botched operation.
I was practically born needing glasses and even then I think it is gay and ugly AF. Glasses are probably the one character trait that a loathe except on some characters like Rinnosuke or similar comically serious designs. Glasses on girls normally remind me of passive aggressive attitudes which irritate me, so I guess that is why I don't like them.

Ever thought of getting contacts? Or laser eye surgery? I mean if you hate glasses THAT much.

Due to my previous career choice I couldn't do laser (risks of natural night vision issues, color identification, etc), and probably still won't do it since I am still somewhat reliant on what is left of my eye's natural abilities. I wore contacts occasionally, but again, due to work I stuck with glasses in order to have quick replacements and also to avoid any potential complications with airborne chemicals like pepper spray or fumes in tight spaces. I wear contacts right now, but there are some situations where I still need glasses, so I can't really get 100% free from it unfortunately. I don't like the reduction of contrast from sunglasses either so my pickiness results in glasses being my only primary option.
Glasses are rather maintenance-reliant, too. However, thanks to new tech giving us plastic lenses, it's not nearly as heavy as it used to be. Though I can see fine without glasses, I still wear them for stuff that needs depth perception (like driving).
Plus, there are perks such as being able to wear these and get away with it because you need them to see.
Edit: I feel for your circumstances, though. Must be hard to like glasses when you really don't have a choice on the matter.
Reminds me of Willis Lee, master gunslinger for any gun from the ones in his pocket to the ones he was riding and he was myopic.
*Doraemon anime sound effect*As expected of Kiyoshimo...That you're accurate at both short and long distances is just amazing, Musashi-san!!How come your accuracy is so high!?Musashi-san!!Presbyopia!?Could it be that there's a secret lying in those glasses of yours!?You're quite knowledgeable. They're bifocals.Secret gadgetYou certainly must have good eyes to have discovered this.
