I think Cara, second one from the right, is a Japanese black cow. Kinda known for their temper. While Ruto, the far right, might be a Holstein. Or is it Mil, the one in the middle.

According to the child pics, Cara, the buff, tan-skinned cow.

I asked Okayado on Twitter if they're all different cattle breeds: he said no, they're all Holsteins.
That made me sad.

Cara gives the most milk consistently, but seems Ruto gives the best *tasting* milk.
