I haven't actually played "White Album 2", so I don't know if I translated the sentences from the game's script properly. I also don't know if it's necessary to add a translation note for each one.

Original scripts with context and my rough translation for reference:

Panel 2 middle: あたしが、先だった……先だったんだ……キスしたのも、抱き合ったのも。そいつのこと好きになったのも。

(I was, I was the first... I have always been the first... First to kiss him, first to hug him, first to fall in love with him.)

Panel 3 middle-left: どうしてこうなるんだろう…初めて、好きな人が出来た。一生ものの友だちができた。

(Why does it have to end up like this... It was the first time I had someone I like. It was also the first time I had a friend for a lifetime.)

I myself have played it Chinese-translated, so I don't know how it was translated in English, aside from the sentence "Why are you so used to this!?", but the meanings are there, so I guess it's okay?

I vaguely remember I did a similar White-Album-meme-themed translation somewhere in Danbooru, complete with translation notes and stuff. If I can find it, I'll paste them here.

Japanese "慣れる" can be translated either way, but I'm sure the memetic translation in Chinese "熟练" is more close to "experienced at" than "used to". It implies that they must have practiced a lot, for comedic effect, and is simply a word that you wouldn't normally use for kissing. For me "熟练" is what made the meme work; if it were translated as "习惯" (used to) then I wouldn't even find it funny.
